As Ireland’s leading accrediting body for addiction professionals, ACI currently represents over 500 Addiction Counsellors and Clinical Supervisors. However, until now, Addiction Workers have not been formally recognised, making this a significant milestone for the sector.

By launching these categories, ACI is demonstrating its deep understanding and respect for the vital role Addiction Workers play in addiction recovery. It is also committing to ensuring that Addiction Workers are properly recognised, represented, and valued within the field.
